Prices are shown on our website or invoice.
All fees are net, excluding VAT where applicable.
Payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
Bank and transaction fees are borne by the customer.
Once service performance begins, fees are non-refundable, except where we fail to deliver agreed services.
External costs (testing, authority fees, shipping) are billed separately.

Both parties must keep confidential information secret.

Personal data is processed only for contract fulfilment and legal obligations.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for your internal compliance and authority submissions.

One-time services end upon completion and full payment.
Authorised Representative services continue until terminated by either party.
You must appoint a new representative before termination becomes effective if products remain on the EU market.
After termination, Complico’s name must be removed from all materials.

Payment obligations remain unaffected.
